We recommend flying into the San Diego International Airport. The Westin Carlsbad is ~40 minutes north of the San Diego International Airport.

We have reserved a room block at the Westin Hotel in Carlsbad at 5480 Grand Pacific Dr, Carlsbad, CA 92008.

Transportation to the wedding will depart from the hotel. We highly encourage our guests in need of lodging to stay at the Westin. Additional details regarding transportation are below.

Self Parking at the Westin Carlsbad is free with a reservation through our room block. Valet Parking is $43/day. Please note, parking is limited to hotel guests only.

Enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, wellness spa, and fitness center during your stay. Be sure to ask the front desk about complimentary shuttles, as well as beach and bike rentals.

Due to limited parking at the venue, we have arranged shuttles to transport guests from the Westin Carlsbad to the wedding venue in Fallbrook. The shuttles will depart promptly at 2:45 PM.

If you're not staying at the Westin Carlsbad, we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft there to catch the shuttle. Please note, parking at the Westin is reserved for hotel guests only. Alternatively, you can also take an Uber/Lyft directly to the venue.

Shuttles will begin to depart the venue at 8 PM and the last shuttle of the night will depart the venue at 10:30 PM.

Any vehicles left at the venue overnight must be picked up by 9:00 AM on Sunday morning.
